Look up, look out. Life is in front of you!

I'm incredibly lucky to be able to express myself creatively every day and having worked with children and young people for many years, this poem has become important to me. I want them to look up and embrace what life has to offer them. I want them to love themselves, as they are so infinitely important and valuable. I want them to see possibilities and dare to believe in themselves.

Look up, look out. Life is in front of you. Embrace it.

It's meant to be lived.

Love, protect and believe in yourself".
